Essence of Zasí is not a destined route to take, with an end goal or purpose to fulfill. EssenceofZasì is meant to act upon your own internal compass, amplifying and drawing in clear direction, insight and inspiration for your own personal path.
Like the river with its own natural rhythm and movement, EssenceofZasì intends to anchor you into your own trust, communing and harmonizing to the natural rhythms of the Earth to encounter a more soulful and enchanting way of life.
A Call for Planetary Healing & Collective Liberation
We witness a huge amount of collective discomfort and cultural crisis in these times, and it feels like Earth is calling forth humanity to close the gap of our disconnect and separation from the natural world, asking us to step into our purpose and service for planetary healing and collective liberation.
That means each of us has the responsibility to take the courageous step into our own destiny, shifting our perception of modern day empire towards a sense of belonging - belonging to feel home in our bodies and the places and ecosystems we inhabit.
My work is based around earth-centered studies, research and practices that will assist you in fostering a rooted Earth/Spirit and Mind/Body connection within the tapestry of your own body, life and your innate connection to the greater body of the Earth.
About Saskia Zasí Weniger
Saskia is an Artist, Tea Ceremonialist and Mentor with a poetic heart and a genuine interest in environmentalism.
Coming from university studies of nutrition & health, her path led her much deeper into studying the connection of the human body to our natural environments through ancient yogic practices, tantra, movement medicine as well as studying herbalism and learning from indigenous elders & traditions.
She is highly passionate about bridging ancient technologies to our shared holistic future, taking everyone who is passionate enough on this sacred journey of self discovery, vitality and health to lead a meaningful life full of inspiration and prosperity.
She creates various events and workshops throughout the year, both in Mexico and Europe.
